Smt. Jhimi Majhi Nee Das The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 25.11.2014 passed by the Learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta in connection with Miscellaneous Case No.31 of 2013 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal procedure.

The Learned Judge on an appreciation of the application/petition filed at the instance of the present petitioner observed that the same was vague and as such deserves order of rejection. By the same order the Learned Court was pleased to fix next date for hearing of the arguments.

Records of the revisional application reflects that the revisional application was listed before a Co-ordinate Bench on April 1, 2015 when none represented the petitioner. More than seven years have passed since then and there has been no persuasion for even getting the revisional application admitted. Having regard to the prayer, which has been advanced and the change of circumstances with efflux of time, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 159 of 2015 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
