2. Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors, prays for an accommodation.

3. In absence of any opposition prayer for accommodation is considered and allowed.

4. Let this matter be listed in the week commencing from May 18, 2026, under the same heading.

5. On the adjourned day the alleged contemnors shall file the report of compliance as indicated in paragraph No.7 of the order dated 29th April, 2025, as passed by this court in connection with instant contempt application.

6. Before parting with, this court requests Mr. Ray, learned advocate-on-record for the writ petitioner to serve a fresh copy of the instant contempt application along with all annexures to Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader, preferably in course of the day.
