The CID, West Bengal has filed a further report dated 19th April, 2023 and the same is taken on record. 3.

The CID, West Bengal may take steps they deemed fit and proper as directed by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

In view of the direction of the Division Bench dated 13th April, 2023 in MAT 632 of 2023, since the investigating agency is seized of the matter, the writ petition shall stand disposed of directing them to take steps in accordance with law.
