In view of the police authorities having taken steps on the complaint/information furnished by the petitioner, I am of the view that, for the present, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

However, the police authorities would put in efforts and take effective steps for unearthing the truth before arriving at their conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3598 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
