No one appears on behalf of either of the parties. This revisional application is pending since 2020. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case no. 2062 of 2019 presently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur at Tamlum arising out of Tamluk PS Case no. 569 of 2019 dated 18.09.2019 under Sections 323, 325, 427, 307 of the IPC, 1860 and Section 3 (i ), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v), (x) and (xv) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

However, no one represented the petitioner. No accommodation sought for. On earlier occasions also no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, CRR 509 of 2020 is dismissed for default. Consequently, CRAN 1/2020 (Old CRAN 1110/2020) is thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ajay Kumar Gupta, J. )
