Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the revision petition contains certain incurable defects. As such, the petitioner does not want to press this application and would instead file an appropriate application before this Court on the selfsame grounds. On his prayer, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of the petitioner in preferring an appropriate revisional application filed before this Court on the selfsame grounds.

On the further prayer of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Office is directed to return the certified copy of the order sheet annexed with the revision petition to the learned Advocate on record of the petitioner upon furnishing a photostat copy of the same for the record and on usual undertaking.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
