The materials in the case diary suggest the involvement of the petitioner in the incident. Principal accused was enlarged on bail.

Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation as to the role of the petitioner in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
