The petitioner is aggrieved that Domkal Police Station is not taken any steps despite complaint dated 6th November, 2022.

Counsel for Domkal Police Station submits that the proceedings under Sections 107 and 116(C) of the Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out. This Court, therefore, sees no inaction on the part of Domkal Police Station.

Inspector-in-charge, Domkal Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
