Even today, when the matter is called on for hearing, none appears for the petitioner, although the State and the respondent no.3 are represented through counsel.

As such, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, WPA No.3330 of 2022 is dismissed for default without any order as to costs.
