Petitioner Mr. Ashok Kumar Chowdhury ...for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ...for the State Having regard to the fact that contraband item above commercial quantity has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the chemical examination report prima facie confirms that the article is a narcotic substance, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the consideration of charge on the next date so fixed for hearing.

The application being C.R.M. No.1578 of 2021 is disposed of.
