In such circumstances, nothing survives in this writ petition, WPA 3606 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the jurisdictional District Magistrate to act in accordance with law and take the proceedings to their logical conclusion in accordance with law.

A copy of the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act be kept with the records.
