Mr. Razzak Hossain ...for the petitioner Mrs. Chama Mookherji, Mrs. Paramita Pal ...for the State The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction of the Domkal Police Station, in removing a fence placed by the private respondents in his land. This Court is of the view that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the petitioner may avail appropriate civil remedy in this regard.

The Domkal Police Station, Murshidabad, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
