This is an application for bail in connection with Rajapur P. S. Case No.263 of 2020 dated 30.08.2020 under Sections 498A/304B/302 of the Indian Penal Code at the behest of the petitioners.

Within six months of marriage, the victim lady died of the burn injuries. The husband has filed an application for bail. After perusing the statements of the neighbours as well as the other witnesses recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the complicity of the petitioner to the alleged offence, we do not feel that it is a fit case where the petitioner should be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
