The revisional application challenging the said order is therefore not maintainable; CO 487 of 2024 is dismissed as such, there shall however be no order as to costs.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing photocopy thereof.
