It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.01.2022 has been disposed of by the concerned authority. The petitioner seeks to challenge the said order passed by the authority on merits as well as for the reason that he was not granted opportunity of being heard before the order was passed.

In view of the same, the present writ petition has become redundant and accordingly disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
