This revisional application is relatable to 2011. Several dates, previously fixed already, went adjourned, for the non appearance of the petitioner. This is a case, wherein the order dated 14.01.2011, passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah, in connection with a proceeding under Section 144(2) Cr.P.C. vide M.P. Case No.84 of 2011/M.C. No.27 of 2011 is under challenge.
Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.450 of 2011 stands dismissed for default.
Department is directed to make communication of this order to the concerned learned Executive Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah, within a week from hence for necessary information. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
