Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the principal accused is yet to be arrested. He refers to the contents in the case diary.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the principal accused who is the brother of the petitioner is yet to be arrested, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 555 of 2022 is dismissed.
