This writ petition was preferred seeking a direction upon the respondents to produce the answer scripts of History of Higher Secondary Examination of 2013. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
