Contempt application is taken up for consideration when learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnors submit that applicant appeared before the alleged contemnor no.1 on 21st August, 2025 when available vacancies were shown to him for issuing order of transfer.

However, it is jointly submitted that none of the vacancies shown to the applicant on 21st August, 2025 was accepted by the applicant for his transfer. 3.

In view of aforesaid situation and taking note of the fact that previous two vacancies are not lying vacant, no further order needs to be passed on this contempt application.

Hence, contempt application stands disposed of and contempt proceedings stand dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicant to apply for transfer in future, in accordance with law.
