Sri Uttam Khanra (Via Video Conference) This matter has come at the instance of department for correction of the order dated 8th March, 2021 in FMAT 156 of 2020.

The order was passed in "F.M.A.T. 156 of 2020 with I.A. No. C.A.N. 1 of 2020 (Old No. CAN 1486 of 2020) (Sri Arup Dolui Vs. Kanai Dolui & Ors.)". However, the name of the parties in the Cause Title should be recorded as "Sri Subrata Khanra Vs. Sri Uttam Khanra".

Let the Cause Title be corrected and formed part of the order dated 8th March, 2021.

The department shall record that the appeal and application stand dismissed on 8th March, 2021 as withdrawn.
