The subject-matter of challenge is against the order dated 28th September, 2005 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalbagh, Murshidabad, granting ex parte maintenance at the rate of Rs.800/- per month for the wife and Rs.600/- per month for her minor son. The pending revisional application is relatable to year 2011. There is another CRAN application being CRAN 319 of 2011 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act praying for condonation of delay, which is relatable to the year 2011. The petitioner has lost his interest over this case. No use of getting the matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.455 of 2011 accordingly stands disposed of.

The corresponding CRAN application automatically stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below for information by the department within seven days from the date of this order.
