Ahmed, Ms. Trina Mitra ...for the State Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail application the petitioner has been acquitted of the trial and has produced the server copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Fast Track Court -II, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas being Sessions Trial No.01(02) of 2021 and Sessions Case No.15(01) of 2021. In view of the aforesaid order this application has now become infructuous and stands dismissed.
