1. The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record.

2. In spite of service, the School Authority is not represented.

3. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the Baikunthapur Harinarayanpur F.C. Memorial. His application for transfer, though not rejected, has been kept in abeyance by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), on the ground that the requisite No Objection Certificate from the school authorities has not been issued. A copy of such communication vide Memorandum No. 575/S dated March 24, 2025, as handed over by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner, is kept on record. Alongwith this communication, the school authorities have submitted the requisite documents including No Objection Certificate and other documents pertaining

to the petitioner, as will appear from their communication dated April 11, 2025, a copy whereof is kept on record.

4. As it now appears, the hurdle to consider the application of the petitioner for transfer seems to have been overcome.

5. In view of the aforestated, the petitioner's offline application since the Utsashree Portal is currently under temporary suspension will be considered by the respondent no. 5 within a period of six weeks from the date of the communication of this order by the petitioner to the concerned D.I.

6. Temporary suspension of 'Utsashree Portal' will not be an impediment for the concerned authority to consider the application for transfer of the petitioner. The same shall be considered in an offline mode.

7. With these aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
