Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner was misused by a person who was found to be a Bangladeshi National.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case dairy. He submits that the petitioner allowed a Bangladeshi National to use his name as the father of such Bangladeshi National. He refers to the Government documents generated in such respect. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 971 of 2022 is rejected.
