The complainant refused to give any statement and/or any declaration in respect of the submissions advanced before this court by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
I have perused the case diary also and I find that in the medical report certain injuries are reflected, which is of opposite party no. 2, Sangita Chakraborty.
At this stage as such I am not inclined to accept the prayer advanced on behalf of the accused persons/petitioners. The petitioners would be at liberty to take up the issues on merits before the appropriate court at the stage of consideration of
charges.
No interference is made by this court at this stage. With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 517 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
