Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank produces three title deeds in original which were submitted by the petitioner at the time of obtaining loan.

Since the loan amount has been liquidated, the title deeds are required to be returned to the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner accepts the three original title deeds from the learned advocate representing the bank upon issuing proper receipt.

The grievance of the petitioner being redressed, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
