In terms of the order dated 23rd March, 2022 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the Central School Service Commission has considered the request of the petitioner for transfer to school against the option no. 3 that is Kapasdanga Satin Sen Vidyapith. The Commission could not accommodate the petitioner for the reasons stated in the order dated 29th April, 2022. This Court does not find any infirmity in the process adopted by the respondents.

The order dated 29.04.2022 is kept with the record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
