Ms. S. Bhattacharya, Md. Kutubuddin ...For the State We have perused the case diary. From the statement of the victim it reflects that she had been ravished and thereafter, photographs have been shown to others and the petitioner had also videographed the incident.

Having regard to the nature of the offence committed and age of the victim, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage.

Accordingly, the application of bail, being CRM 1590 of 2021, stands rejected.
