The petitioner submits that he faced charge under Section 498 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and was arrested and was in custody for eight days. After that when he wanted to join the school, the school did not allow him to join. In this regard, in the writ petition I find that there is a representation dated 15th February, 2022 given by the petitioner to the President of the Nayagram High School where he works as a teacher.

I direct the President to consider this recommendation within a period of two weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order

thereon and to communicate the same by one week thereafter.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
