This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for giving direction upon the learned Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal on the next dated fixed for.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I do not find any reason to ask the learned advocate on behalf of the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties. Service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-4, Barackpore, North 24 Parganas is requested to hear the appeal as expeditiously as possible preferably on the date fixed for hearing i.e. on 6.8.2023. Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track Court-4, Barackpore, North 24 Parganas.

With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.
