Mr Ranajit Chatterjee, learned advocate, with Mr Debangshu Mondal, learned advocate, appear for the alleged contemner. Mr Chatterjee submits that the alleged contemner has not been served with a copy of the contempt application.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the contempt application upon the alleged contemner and file affidavit of service on the adjourned date.

The contempt application shall appear for consideration on July 6, 2022 under the heading "For Disposal (Contempt Application)".

In the event the parties are not represented on the adjourned date, the contempt application may be proceeded with for disposal in their absence.
