The petitioner is aggrieved by the factum of the application for interim maintenance pending in connection with A.C.M. Case No.902 of 2021, which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore.

The learned advocate appearing or the petitioner has drawn the attention of the court to the last of the order, which reflects that the Court intended to proceed ex parte. Having regard to the plight expressed by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner in respect of the manner in which the proceedings are progressing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore, I direct that the learned Magistrate within 60 days from the next date so fixed before the learned Trial Court would pronounce his order relating to interim maintenance in connection with A.C.M. Case No.902 of 2021. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 518 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
