Chemical examiner's report is placed on record.

We have considered the materials on record. There are materials showing recovery of narcotics above commercial quantity i.e. 10 litres of codeine mixture in all. Under such circumstance and as chemical examiner's report has been placed on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
