1. A written instruction is filed by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor, which is kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the order has been complied with.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the order has been complied with by giving electricity connection to the petitioner, the compliance was not in terms of the order of this Court, since the order directed the WBSEDCL to give electricity connection to the petitioner by installing a new transformer, whereas it has been given from the existing transformer.

4. The minor deviation alleged by the petitioner does not in any manner go against the alleged contemnor. Since the alleged contemnor has taken due steps for giving electricity connection from the

existing transformer by upgrading the same and the grievance of the petitioner was primarily that the petitioner was not getting connection, it cannot be said that there was any wilful and deliberate violation of the order of this Court.

5. Accordingly, C.P.A.N. 250 of 2024 is disposed of.
