Ms. Zareen N. Khan, Ms. Sreeparna Das ...For the State Considering the earlier order of rejection passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 16th September, 2020 and having regard to the materials in the case diary, we are not inclined to revisit the issue as there has been no chance in the circumstances.

However, we have been informed that the learned trial court has already fixed 14th May, 2021 for consideration of framing of charge. We request the learned trial court to take expeditious steps for consideration with regard to framing of charge on the date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties without any unavoidable reasons and proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the application of bail, being CRM 1593 of 2021, stands rejected.
