1. None appears for the petitioner.

2. The grievance highlighted in this PIL is that pursuant to the Notice Inviting Tender 04/19-20 dated 25.07.2019, Serial No.1 and 2 published by the concerned Prodhan, the private respondent, being the brother of the concerned Prodhan, participated in the tender process and submitted the tender and got the work order.

3. The petitioner came to know that the proprietor of the construction firm is the private respondent, who is the brother of the concerned Prodhan and the Prodhan of the said Gram Panchayat issued the said tender.

4. The petitioner, being aggrieved by such action of the Prodhan and the private respondent, made a representation challenging, inter alia, the

tender process but till date no appropriate steps have been taken by the respondent authorities.

5. Since the grievance of the petitioner is discrepancies with the construction of the stadium that has been addressed, nothing survives in the PIL pending.

6. Accordingly, this PIL stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
