Mr. Partha Pratim Das, Ms. Manasi Roy ...For the State In view of the fact that the trial is at the fag end and the Investigating Officer of the case is the only witness to be examined and the date is fixed on 28th April, 2021, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, we request the learned trial Court to conclude the examination of the prosecution witness, examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the defence witnesses, if any within a period of three months from date. If required, it should be on regular basis. The application of bail, being CRM 1594 of 2021, stands rejected.
