1. Mr. Sinha, learned advocate appearing in person as a constituted attorney of the writ petitioner namely Ms Hu Miao a Chinese citizen submits that Hon'ble Supreme Court in a writ petition being writ petition (Criminal) no. 340 of 2022 has directed the competent authority to issue visa in favour of the petitioner. Order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court is taken on record.

2. He further submits that in view of such order, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Mr. Sinha undertakes to submit a photocopy of his identity card by 2 p.m. today.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, all connected applications also stand disposed of.
