The Inspector-in-Charge, Uluberia Police Station, Howrah Rural District has filed a report dated 13th April, 2023 stating that the mobile phones of the accused persons have been seized and sent for CFSL examination and the Court below.

It is ordered that the investigation be completed as expeditiously as possible after receipt of the CFSL report. All the contents of the mobile phones may be appropriately examined by the investigating officer before arriving at a final conclusion.

The contents of the mobile phone of the petitioner may also be taken into consideration by the investigating officer.

The police picket already posted is no longer necessary.

Uluberia Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall continue to maintain strict vigil at the local.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Uluberia Police Station, Howrah Rural District dated 13th April, 2023 is taken on record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
