111 of 2013 is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents before the learned jurisdictional Court.

Having considered the nature of the dispute complained of, I direct that if the petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach

the jurisdictional Civil Court already in seisin of the matter and, if any necessary direction(s) is passed upon the police authorities for rendering assistance, the police authorities would then take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3617 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
