Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the incident of fraud.

Apparently, the revenue records in relation to a private property was manipulated and changed to depict false ownership. Subsequently, apparently, it was sought to be restored. The materials in the case diary require a robust investigation at the behest of the police not only limited to the petitioner before us but also to the personnel manning the office of the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer at the material point of time. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 693 of 2023 is dismissed.
