Mr. Sankar Biswas Mr. Debnath Mahata Mr. Swastik Saha Ms. Ananya Adhikary ... for the petitioner The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated 30th January, 2026 whereby the petitioner had complained of non-disposal of an application under section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, a final order under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has already been passed.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present writ petition.

WPA 3694 of 2026 stands dismissed.

The respondents are directed to act expeditiously in accordance with law and conclude the necessary proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act.
