The order dated 18.12.2023 is mentioned for correction.

In the second line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "respondent No.6 is taken on record." shall stand corrected and be read as "respondent No.6 and the affidavit-in-reply thereto filed by the petitioner are taken on record.". 3.

In the second and third lines of the sixteenth paragraph of the fourth page of the said order, the expression "connected applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of." shall stand corrected and be read as "CAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed".

Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 18.12.2023.

The other parts of the order dated 18.12.2023 shall remain unaltered.
