In view of the insolvency proceeding for pending before the National Company Law Tribunal Kolkata (NCLT) the petitioner does not wish to proceed with this writ petition but shall proceed before the jurisdictional forum with his grievance.

In view of the above, this writ petition WPA 2678 of 2020 stands dismissed as not pressed for with the leave granted to the petitioner to proceed on the selfsame cause of action before the jurisdictional forum in accordance with law.

The Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
