Sandip Kundu Mr. Amrita Lal Dhar Ms. Piyali Pal Roy Ms. Reema Coonar ...for the petitioners This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.27 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) at Sealdah.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, in his usual fairness, submits that though the prayer has been made for expeditious hearing of the suit but in effect the petitioner is praying for a direction upon the learned Trial Judge for expeditious disposal of an injunction application which is pending since long. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the injunction application is otherwise ready for hearing. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner CO 543 of 2025 is disposed by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) at Sealdah to take up the hearing of the injunction application on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
