And In Re : Sekh Monirul Petitioner Mr. Satadru Lahiri, Mr. Safdar Azam For the Petitioner Mr. Sanjoy Bardhan, Mr. Palash Chandra Majhi For the State The case diary has been produced before this Court wherefrom it reflects that 10 litres of Cdeine Mixture has been seized from the possession of the petitioner. It is also reflected that investigation has been concluded and subsequently chargesheet has also been filed along with the chemical examiner's report. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there has been no compliance of Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the next date is fixed on 13.05.2021. Having regard to the materials on record learned Judge, Special Court is directed to comply with the process under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on the next date so fixed or within a week to overcome the consideration of charge. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

If any medical assistance is required and/or sought for before the learned Special Judge, learned Special Judge must ensure the same.

Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM No.1597 of 2021, is disposed of.
