1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the act of the bank in initiating proceeding under the SARFAESI Act.

2. It has been submitted that the proceeding has been initiated against an agricultural plot of land which is impermissible under the Act.

3. The Original Application filed by the bank is pending consideration before the Tribunal.

4. It will be open for the petitioners to approach the Tribunal for necessary relief.

5. All points raised in the instant writ petition are left open to be agitated before the learned Tribunal.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
