The petitioner was declared ineligible technically in tender for construction of Dining Hall at Gokulnagar GJ Primary School at Gokulnagar Gram Panchayat. The petitioner has not demonstrated any prejudice in the facts of the case.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. However, the rejection of the writ petition shall not stand in any way of the petitioner making inquiries from the respondents to ascertain the reasons for being disqualified.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
