1. The petitioner says that he has been implicated solely on the basis of the person who was named in the FIR. He was not named in the FIR. The person who was named in the FIR has been granted bail. There is no incriminating material against this petitioner. He has no connection with the alleged crime of murder. He is in custody for about 6 months. He prays for bail.

2. The State, while opposing the bail prayer, says that this petitioner is a professional shooter.

3. We have seen the material in the case diary including the statements of eye-witnesses who have later identified the petitioner in Test Identification Parade as the person opening fire on the victim.

4. In view of prima facie incriminating material against the petitioner and considering the possible extent of his complicity in the alleged crime, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. CRM (DB) 660 of 2025 is dismissed.
