It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in no way connected with the vehicle which has been let out to co-accused viz. Md. Kiran Islam. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.
Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits petitioner and said Md. Kiran Islam had broken down parts of the vehicle and sold them. 3.
We have considered the materials on record. De-facto complainant had let out the vehicle to one Md. Kiran Islam on hire. It is alleged said Md. Kiran Islam and the petitioner had broken down the vehicle and sold it in parts. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.
4.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
